After house hunting in 2022 post-pandemic and having no luck after multiple offers, we started over with Matt in September and ended up buying the first house we saw with him. Matt is a great realtor who made the process seamless and easy. He was great to work with, keeping in touch with us and keeping us well informed along the way. Looking for a home, especially in this market is stressful to say the least but Matt always made sure to lead us down the right path, pointing out great houses and great buys in a such a rich market.
